Collaborate with others, Compete with yourself

If you’ve experienced real collaboration, then I don’t need to convince you that’s it’s where it’s at!! If the idea of collaboration overwhelms you or you don’t like it -you probably didn’t experience collaboration but instead more internal group competition (super non clinical terms 😂) .
There is a time and a place for competition, and the best competition/challenge is internal. .
