About me:

Duh, duh, dun, dun, duh, duh,…In West Philadelphia born and raised…okay, okay, okay, not really.  I’m totally a short white lady who grew up in NE Seattle who then put roots down and is raising a family a whole 3 miles farther north in…NE Seattle.  

I could go on and on about me but I'd rather show you than tell you ... So here are 3 things about me & the rest will unfold in due time/with your questions.

1. This "blog" has formed from my own personal experience as a anxious, depressed and crazy mom, wife, and former corporate marketer.

2. I'm an eternal optimist.  It might not seem that way, but trust me - I wouldn't waste my time on all this shit if I didn't have hope some good would come out of it.  

3. I love feedback!!  As a mom of two littles, most of the feedback I get is that their food isn't the right temperature (mostly idgaf) and I would love your adultish thoughts!
