People Support What They Help To Create

This is something I came across awhile ago when studying organization change within corporations - and it has stuck with me and grown to be so much more meaningful than just in formal organizations. .
I mean, the first (and in my opinion highest priority) organization we are apart of is family. A clear example of this is parents supporting babies. .
Get people involved early and encourage them to participate. If you need people to support you, you need to empower them in the creation. .
